Duties and Responsibilities :

• Under Responsibilities Chef de Cuisine
• Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
• Respects and applies the standards and the procedures, the rules of hygiene and safety supervises and motivates its team
• To respect all of the menu that been standardize
• Work together with other nationalities as well
• Decorate the serving section
• Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, of taste and temperature

Requirements :

• Has 10 years experiences
• Able to post it overseas and in the country
• Speaks English
• Energetic and positive thinking
• Team player and hard worker
• Able to work long hours
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to travel alone
• Ready to be posted overseas for minimum 1 year assignment
